Customer Story: RC from Rejuvia

Welcome RC! Tell us more about Rejuvia, when did you start it? What's the growth been like up to this stage?

I started it with my mom in December 2019. I was still in college.
CBD had just been nationally legalized. My mom had just sold her other medical manufacturing business. Everything came together at the right time, and we jumped in. 

We spent a lot of time getting the product formulations down. The two oral sprays are our flagship product and they were pretty hard to get the formula and ingredient mix right: We spent a long time doing that. 

Since launching, we’ve had to figure out a lot of things. We went through a significant brand refresh off the bat which helped, we also cracked Facebook acquisition early on. We’re still learning every day but things are now steady on the growth front.

What’s been one of the biggest “unlocks” on the business since launch? 

CRO has probably been the biggest win. 
Our oral sprays are quite novel & tricky to demonstrate to the first-time buyer, but we’ve worked with folks at Oddit to help in crafting the right storyline to convey how it's used. Once we got that right, the business really started to pick up pace.

So what exactly did you optimize? 

The homepage hero on mobile was a real big area of focus. And then also the product page where we direct most of our paid traffic. 

In terms of the actual changes, it wasn't really so much the design elements. But more-so the messaging. We had to say the right things, in the right order. 

Let’s chat Storetasker: How was it working with us and Andrew

We were previously partnered with a developer from Upwork, and the development was always super slow. Sow code, and slow turnaround times. And on the top of that, the prices were exorbitant: +$300/hour, which was definitely out of budget for us. 

We then found out about Storetasker, reached out and got connected to Andrew. 

When we first saw the quote along with Andrew’s client list - we thought it was too good to be true. But we jumped into the project and we got exactly what we wanted, all delivered super fast. We’ve been really happy with him.

That's amazing. So glad to hear it! Let’s shift gears to talk about the future: What’s on your horizon?

For us it’s about continuing to find ways to articulate our story. We have a really strong Facebook community group with a bunch of our evangelist customers, they keep providing us with great insights and ideas. 

We need to incorporate those gems into our website and product. Beyond that, our collection pages could use some work as well as extra search functionality. 

Last question: What’s been your edge so far on Rejuvia

Believing in the product. We're not afraid to go to whatever length it takes to sell it and tell our story, that’s because we genuinely believe in our product and its benefits.
