ALO YOGA NEEDED A DEDICATED UX DESIGN PARTNER FOR CONTINUOUS SITE OPTIMIZATION AND LOYALTY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
About Alo Yoga: ALO Yoga is a premium yoga and athleisure brand known for their high-quality performance wear and mindful lifestyle aesthetic. With a strong e-commerce presence and ambitious digital roadmap, they needed sustained design expertise to support continuous site improvements and major feature launches.
The project: ALO Yoga needed consistent, high-level UX design support for ongoing site optimization, special landing pages, and the complete design of their customer loyalty program—a trusted partner who could integrate seamlessly with their product and marketing teams while maintaining their premium brand standards across hundreds of design deliverables.
We matched them with a designer who could provide flexible, long-term design partnership without rigid commitments, work collaboratively with internal teams across product, marketing, and engineering, and handle both high-visibility special projects and ongoing optimization work.
The challenge was maintaining consistently high design quality across years of continuous collaboration, adapting to evolving brand direction and leadership changes, and balancing multiple concurrent projects from quick-turn landing pages to comprehensive loyalty program design.

- Atelier Collection Landing Page: Designed premium collection landing page with email capture, multiple capsule launch phases, and sophisticated product merchandising. A new version of this high-visibility page is released annually
- Celebrity Lifestyle Collections: Created numerous celebrity collaboration landing pages for high-profile talent including Kendall Jenner, NFL quarterback Joe Burrow, Blackpink's Jisoo, and BTS member Jin, each requiring unique brand integration and storytelling
- Major Informational Landing Pages: Designed comprehensive content hubs including Leggings 101, Accolade Guide, New to ALO, and the entire Help Center—providing customers with education, product guidance, and support resources
- Holiday Gift Guide: Created compelling gift shop experience optimized for holiday shopping and product discovery
- Loyalty Program Design System: Designed complete loyalty program including landing pages, app flows, copy strategy, and user experience across all touchpoints
- Ongoing Optimization: Provided continuous design support for site improvements, A/B testing, and feature enhancements
