I would say like visually maybe between the mediocre or average developer versus a great developer, like: The end product looks the same, but on the back end, the great developer, has spent a lot more time making sure what they build is up to standards or, is optimized for speed and like performing. And they're probably thinking about accessibility, and thinking about how maybe that feature they built, how that works for the merchants, like if it's easy to update, easy to manage.

There's a lot more to go into the process of like building features on Shopify than just getting it on the website. There's that whole process of like managing it, updating it, the speed and performance. So that's probably a big one, just thinking about the wider, scope of how that is going to affect like everyone involved. Like not only the customers on the website, but the people updating and managing it. And then on top of that, I would say, just having more experience, like if you're a great developer, you probably can see things, and make recommendations for different, ways to approach a problem versus someone who's a bit newer would just kind of take the first approach that they can think about maybe.

The first thing that comes to mind, and I know this is one that's like been talked about before, is the Drake site. I forget what it's called. I think it's drake related.com.

Yes, it's definitely an experience where it's like more interactive and it's like engaging for customers to kind of find something, keep them on the site and keep them, engaged.

And from a technical standpoint it's not your average Shopify theme. So there would have been a lot more to go into something like this, than just the standard Shopify theme.

I think there definitely still is opportunity both as app or theme developers. It's obviously a lot different from maybe 2 years ago, or even like if you go further back when there was just a handful of themes or handful of apps.

Like it's obviously a lot different. But the big thing is that as Shopify evolves and progresses and there's new things that come out, there's going to be new features to take advantage of as developers. So there's just... new opportunities. So Shopify checkout is a big example of that. Because Shopify is now moving away from the old checkout, it's now onto the new checkout and now all these developers have opportunities to build apps for the new checkout.

So, that's a really good example of how there is still opportunity. And also the customer account pages that's another one where app developers can go in and build features for the new customer pages.but yeah, I mean, I think, I think there's definitely still opportunity.

It obviously is.it's it's not like what it used to be. I don't think like there's a lot more competition. So that is something to be wary of or, cautious of.but there's still opportunity
