Customer Story: EFFYDESK

About the brand: 

EFFYDESK is a Shopify Plus store which sells exceptional ergonomic, high-tech office solutions, ranging from office chairs to standing desks to home office accessories. They manufacture and operate out of Canada and serve the North American markets. EFFYDESK was founded in 2019 by Dickson Lam.

How EFFYDESK & Storetasker work together: 

The website was already built and in good shape, but Dickson and the team wanted to tweak the homepage and the product detail pages to drive a higher conversion rate. That’s what prompted the team to work with Storetasker. 
Dickson (founder) and Whitney (lead designer) were the main points of contacts at EFFYDESK. They were paired with Lovepreet Sharma and they’ve been happy Storetasker customers for over 6 months,working on a variety of projects from product page improvements, to AR implementations, to homepage optimization. 

Project example: 

PDP optimization. The objective was to bring valuable information above the fold to increase conversion rate. The EFFYDESK team came prepared with designs and hired Lovepreet and Storetasker to implement them. A simple task, with some careful CSS and metafield considerations.
